Summary: As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will engage with client project teams to offer your expertise in various domains, ensuring that the design and delivery of solutions are successful. Your typical day will involve collaborating with diverse teams, analyzing project requirements, and providing insights that drive effective decision-making and project outcomes. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and client needs, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence in service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV). - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to CSV. - Experience with risk assessment methodologies in validation processes. - Ability to develop and execute validation protocols and documentation. - Familiarity with industry standards and guidelines for validation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
