About the Role

The Industry Relationship Manager will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding strong industry partnerships with top Tier-1 companies across India. This role combines employer relations, talent sourcing, partnership development, and industry outreach. The candidate will act as the primary representative of CII MCC Kerala, ensuring strong collaboration with industries, colleges, and training partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Industry Relations & Corporate Networking

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 and top-tier companies across India.

- Build and expand a stable employer network for high-quality hiring opportunities.

- Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, and business leaders to understand hiring requirements.

- Strengthen partnerships through continuous follow-ups and structured engagement.

2. Vacancy Sourcing & Placement Support

- Source top-tier job vacancies from employers across multiple states.

- Manage employer expectations and align candidate profiles accordingly.

- Maintain a consistent inflow of premium openings for the CII MCC candidate pool.

- Monitor hiring trends to fulfil placement goals.

3. MoU Development & Strategic Partnerships

- Identify companies for long-term collaboration through MoUs.

- Lead negotiations and documentation for MoU signing with Tier-1 companies.

4. Training & Campus Engagement

- Liaise with top colleges across Kerala to organize employability training programs.

- Coordinate with faculty and placement officers for program execution.

- Support workshops, industry talks, and capability-building programs.

5. Experience: Candidates with 5 years of experience will be considered for the position.

Candidates who have prior experience in Staffing firms/ Educational Institutions/Academic Sectors will be given preference.
