Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic
B2B Sales Executive
with proven experience in the
manufacturing and automation industry
. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive sales of automation products and solutions such as
SPMs, Robots, Conveyors, Control Panels, VFDs, and HMI systems
.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients across industries including Automobile, Dairy, Food & Beverages, Pharma, and Chemicals.
Source qualified leads using online platforms such as IndiaMART, LinkedIn, and trade expos.
Conduct client meetings to understand automation requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and ROI-based presentations.
Negotiate terms, close sales, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and sales data in CRM.
Coordinate with engineering, project, and service teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Build long-term relationships with key accounts to generate repeat and referral business.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Technical understanding of automation systems and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to build rapport and handle B2B client relationships.
Result-oriented with a go-getter attitude and strong follow-up skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, or Business (preferred: Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Automation background).
Minimum
3-5 years of sales experience
in the
manufacturing or industrial automation sector
