Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support to sales offices in preparing large and complex tenders. Prepare equipment selections, pricing, and project-specific documentation. Participate in technical clarifications and kick-off meetings (internal/external). Communicate effectively with internal teams to develop optimal technical and commercial solutions. Offer operational application assistance and support during project execution. Prepare technical and commercial tenders in collaboration with sales and customers. Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, QESH, and internal policies. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process enhancements. Maintain regular communication with factories, sales teams, and global operations to align project deliverables. Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related fields such as Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Environmental Technology, or Chemical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or sales, preferably in the flow equipment or rotating machinery sector.

Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with MS Office, SAP systems, CPQ, and Salesforce CRM. Knowledge of global sales processes and industrial water applications. Compliance Awareness: Strong understanding of regulatory and international trade compliance standards.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
