Key responsibilities:

Actively engage with employees across all levels--factory workers to senior leaders--and build trust through listening and understanding. Provide psychological guidance and workplace counseling, helping individuals deal with stress, anxiety, conflicts, and career challenges. Identify underlying interpersonal and organizational tensions, even if expressed informally. Help design practical and inclusive well-being strategies that resonate with people from various socio-economic and educational backgrounds. Support managers in understanding team dynamics, addressing behavioral issues, and improving employee motivation. Stay alert to employee mood shifts, emerging issues, and informal workplace dynamics--what people are really saying (even when not saying it directly). Conduct sensitivity training, emotional wellness workshops, and communication skill sessions. Promote a culture of psychological safety and openness across the organization.
