Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Industrial Sales, or a related field.
0 -3 years of field sales experience in industrial equipment, preferably Valve.
Technical knowledge of Valves (Gate, Globe, Check, Butterfly vales etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred in B2B industrial product sales
Strong network of contacts in industries like manufacturing, mining, textile, or automotive in Jharkhand and Odisha
Key Responsibilities:
Thorough knowledge of Product, Application, Selection, Customer, and competition.
Regular Visits to customers mostly in Industries in Jharkhand, Part of Odisha & West Bengal.
Generating new business opportunities, discussing with customers, and understanding the needs of customers.
Giving optimal solutions to customers & keeping a customer satisfaction-centric approach & converting all opportunities into Order.
Keeping track of existing customers & their requirements.
Developing new customers & Business.
Should be able to take ownership of End - to - end Sales & Customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Feedback as per policy.
