Deliver theory and practical classes for Electrician/Mechanical Trade and Electrical/Mechanical Engineering subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, and instructional materials.
Conduct demonstrations on Engineering subjects.
Practical & Lab Management
Supervise workshops and ensure safe practices.
Maintain lab records, equipment logs, and practical assessment documents.
Guide students during practical sessions, projects, and hands-on training.
Assessment & Evaluation
Conduct internal assessments, practical exams, and evaluations as per university norms.
Assist in semester examinations, assessments, and result-related activities.
Maintain attendance, assessment records, and academic documentation.
Student Mentoring & Development
Mentor students for skill development, discipline, and career readiness.
Support students in internships, OJT, apprenticeships, and industry exposure programs.
Encourage participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
Curriculum & Compliance
Support curriculum development aligned with NSQF / skill education standards.
Ensure compliance with university, statutory, and accreditation requirements.
Assist during audits, inspections, and academic reviews.
