Assist in guest check-in and check-out procedures under supervision.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and basic complaints politely and promptly.
Support front desk operations including room allocation, key handling, and guest registration.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments regarding room status and guest requirements.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide accurate information to guests.
Maintain front office records, registers, and basic documentation.
Observe and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the Front Office.
Ensure grooming standards, discipline, and professional behavior at all times.
Assist during peak hours and special events as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
Pursuing Hotel Management / Hospitality course (Industrial Training mandatory).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (local language preferred).
Pleasant personality with a customer-service-oriented attitude.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in shifts.
