Job Description

Manage and supervise all civil works at the project site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Plan daily work activities and allocate tasks to site engineers, supervisors, and contractors. Coordinate with consultants, architects, and structural engineers for technical clarifications and approvals. Ensure execution of work as per quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements. Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Check and verify measurements, bills, and quantities of contractors and subcontractors. Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and machinery as per project requirements. Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and report major concerns to the Project Manager. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure rectification of defects. Ensure strict adherence to safety practices and maintain a safe working environment. Coordinate with other departments (MEP, Planning, Procurement) for smooth project execution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
