About the Role:

The role is majorly requiring coordination and evaluation of security programs to monitor the plant security risks from inside and outside the plant, will be advising facility & local management on security related issues and implement security related protocols and serve as the point of contact for security system issues & day to day activities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise the level of risk in the area under your responsibility, develop mitigation measures and assess costs for its implementation, under the guidance of the Region India Security Department
• Plan and develop the Security plans and security programs for productive sites, warehouses, laboratories, offices and procedures stablished in the area under your responsibility and oversee their implementation in the different places.
• Ensure the correct implementation of physical security, control and remotization through CCTV and alarm systems at the Ferrero Global Security Operations Center in Luxembourg.
• Effectively interface with Group Security Department, Region India Security Department, local Management and interested Functions (cross function approach) to ensure that security issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Maintain KPIs of Region including costs, number of incidents, impacts, remediation plan status according to Group Security guidelines under the guidance of Region India Security Department.
• Ensure consistency and on-time delivery of weekly and monthly security reports to share with Regional and Group Management.

• Conduct the annual risk analysis for the area under your responsibility, particularly with respect to level of crime, terrorism, workplace violence, medical issues, threats from natural and man-made disasters.
• Conduct Security Threat and Risk Assessments, in line with Ferrero standard and metrics, identifying the related level of exposure and potential implications for the company.
• Draft detailed and objective periodical Security Reports in order to assist critical business decision making.
• Conduct periodical security assessments and deploys security solutions / measures to mitigate risks.
• Provide advice and counsel to the plant managements on the expenditures of resources for protection of company\xe2\x80\x99s assets.
• Support, advice and counsel Security staff (especially, outsourced security personnel) in the area under his responsibility in achieving current and long-range program judicious program objectives.
• Establish and maintain excellent interface and communication channels with constituencies, including law enforcement, intelligence agencies, federal, state, and local law enforcement and key national and international security organizations

Who we are looking for:

• Any Graduate.
• 7-15 years of experience in reputed Organization.
• Proficiency in native/local language(Marathi) and fluent English is preferred.
• Knowledge of local law of land and administrative procedures preferably in field of Law, security related IT related activities and systems.
