Job Description

We are seeking reliable and vigilant Industrial Security Guards to safeguard our premises, employees, visitors, and assets. The role involves monitoring access points, patrolling designated areas, and ensuring compliance with company security policies to maintain a safe and secure environment within the industrial facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles at gates. Conduct routine patrols of industrial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or hazards. Operate and monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and alarm systems. Verify ID cards, maintain visitor logs, and issue gate passes where required. Check materials and goods movement in and out of the plant as per company procedures. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents (fire, medical, security breach). Ensure compliance with safety and security policies. Report daily activities, unusual incidents, or security breaches to the supervisor. Assist in crowd control and emergency evacuation when needed.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (preferred). Prior experience in industrial or corporate security (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
