Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in the industrial and factory sector.
Identify and approach potential corporate clients for business expansion.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and support lead generation.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
Provide timely reports, forecasts, and insights on sales performance.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order execution.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
3-8 years of proven experience in
industrial sales, corporate sales, or factory equipment marketing
.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and industrial product segments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts effectively.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
