Job Description

Generate qualified leads through market research, industry networking, and cold calling.

Promote and sell industrial plots to manufacturing units, warehousing companies, logistics operators, SMEs, and corporate clients.

Understand client requirements such as plot size, infrastructure needs, connectivity, and regulatory compliance.

Prepare and present project proposals, layout plans, pricing, and commercial offers to clients.

Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients to showcase project facilities and advantages.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial associations, consultants, and government agencies.

Negotiate and close sales transactions ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Maintain sales records, CRM updates, and regular reporting of lead status and conversion ratios.

Collaborate with legal and documentation teams for agreement preparation and registration.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and industrial policy developments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
