Key Responsibilities:



Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities in the robotics, industrial automation, and capital equipment sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs. Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Track market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases for prospective clients.

Requirements:



5-10 years of proven success in B2B sales/business development

.

Mandatory experience in robotics, industrial automation, or capital equipment

. Strong understanding of technical sales and ability to communicate complex solutions effectively. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team. Willingness to travel as required.
