About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Industrial Sales Executive to drive sales of our
Industrial Glue
product line. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in industrial/B2B field sales with exposure to FMCG, chemical, or manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence for industrial glue.
Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and convert them into long-term clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and industrial clients.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest improvements in sales approach.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide timely reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales support.
Requirements
Graduate degree in any discipline.
2 - 4 years of proven experience in industrial/B2B field sales, preferably in FMCG, chemicals, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
