Responsibilities:

Visit clients for sales meetings and lead generation Understand customer requirements & promote powder coating solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships Follow-ups, negotiation & deal closure Achieve monthly sales targets

Good communication & convincing skills Interest in field sales and client interaction Self-motivated & result-oriented
