Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, steel, power, and engineering.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/solutions.
Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
Generate inquiries and prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
Coordinate with internal technical, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Track competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and reports through CRM tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field.
2-5 years of experience in industrial or B2B technical sales.
Good knowledge of industrial products like machinery, tools, equipment, or automation systems.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel frequently to client locations and industrial sites.
