For our Marketing and Sales Division, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Industrial Sales Engineer to join our Sales & Business Development team in Bharuch. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and growing the Henkel Loctite MRO product range within the assigned territory of Ankleshwar & Bharuch, including IOCL Refinery, Vadodara.

Focus Area: Henkel Loctite MRO Products

Key Responsibilities:



1. Customer Visits & Business Development



Regularly visit existing and potential customers in assigned territory to promote Henkel Loctite MRO product portfolio.

Develop minimum ?50.00 Lakhs worth of new business within first 12 months

Scale up to ?150.00 Lakhs in the second year from assigned territory

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

2. Daily Sales Activities



Perform minimum 5-6 customer visits per day to ensure active engagement and comprehensive market coverage

Maintain detailed visit reports and customer interaction records

3. Group Selling Activities (GSA)



Schedule and conduct minimum 4 GSAs per month with new and existing customers

Drive product awareness and increase conversion rates through structured presentations.

4. Plant Surveys & Technical Support



Execute at least 5 detailed plant surveys per month

Identify opportunities for product application and provide technical support

Collaborate with technical team for complex application requirements

5. Exhibition & Event Participation



Actively participate in industrial exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events

Represent company at events relevant to Ankleshwar and Bharuch industrial zones

Generate leads and build brand awareness

6. Sales Operations Management



Manage end-to-end sales cycle including:

o Submission of technical and commercial quotations

o Commercial negotiations and price discussions

o Order finalization and processing

o Timely payment follow-ups

o Ensure smooth business execution

7. Reporting & Coordination



Regular reporting to Sales Manager

Coordinate with internal departments (technical, logistics, accounts)

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports

Required Qualifications



Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

2-5 years of experience in industrial sales (preferably MRO products)

Strong technical understanding of industrial applications

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred

Desired Skills



Knowledge of Henkel Loctite products or similar industrial adhesives/sealants

Understanding of industrial maintenance practices

Proficiency in local language (Gujarati) and English

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Generate specified number of new customer acquisitions

Complete required daily activities and reporting
