We are seeking experienced and motivated Industrial Sales Executives to promote and sell welding machines, gear belts, industrial machine parts, and other mechanical products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting industrial plants, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
Identify potential customers in industrial zones and manufacturing plants.
Conduct regular visits to factories and industrial units to promote company products.
Provide product presentations, explain technical specifications, and generate inquiries.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
Client Relationship Management
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right product solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales orders.
Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
Provide after-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Reporting
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Maintain updated records of client visits, inquiries, sales pipeline, and order follow-up.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Coordination & Product Knowledge
Coordinate with the technical/service team for product installations or support.
Maintain strong technical knowledge of welding machines, gear belts, and mechanical components.
Attend product training sessions to stay updated on new technologies.
Qualifications:
Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
Candidates with a strong industrial or B2B sales background in machinery/equipment will be given preference.
Experience:
Minimum 1-3+ years of experience
in Industrial Sales / Machinery Sales / Engineering Equipment Sales.
Experience in interacting with factories, plants, and industrial customers is required.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Technical understanding of mechanical or industrial equipment
Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships
Willingness to travel for plant visits and field sales
Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined
Good knowledge of local industrial areas and client base
