Job Title: Industrial Relations (IR) Executive - Labour Handling
Experience: Minimum 4 years
We are looking for a skilled IR Executive with hands-on experience in labour management and employee relations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth industrial relations, handling workforce issues, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day labour relations, including union coordination and dispute resolution.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Liaise with government authorities, unions, and labour contractors as required.
Maintain and update all labour-related records and documentation.
Conduct inspections, audits, and reports related to workforce management.
Support HR in workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive workforce issues professionally and tactfully.
Experience in unionized environments or managing large workforces.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of Industrial Relations / Labour Handling experience.
Additional:
Practical experience in workforce welfare and employee engagement programs is a plus.
