Support Sr. Executive - IR and internal stakeholders in strengthening the Contract Labour Management System (Scrum System).
Monitor compliance related to working hours, overtime, and weekly offs for both company and contract labour.
Conduct spot audits and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports.
Perform monthly contractor compliance checks to identify and mitigate risks.
Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies to ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations.
2. Partnership with Stakeholders
Coordinate with vendors for documentation during onboarding and contract completion.
Collaborate with the SS&P (Shared Services & Procurement) team and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of contract labour processes.
Work cross-functionally to ensure compliance with labour regulations.
Verify TDS and related compliance documents.
3. Mentorship
Support and guide apprentices or junior team members on IR-related compliance processes and best practices.
4. Employee Welfare Activities
Assist in organizing and managing employee welfare initiatives such as service anniversaries and other engagement activities.
