Designing and implementing strategies to reduce workplace accidents and injuries including elimination of CAUPs.
Designing and implementing comprehensive safety training programs and developing safety professionals to impact the human behaviour at shopfloor.
Working with leadership to build a positive and proactive safety culture.
Conduct BBS observations, analyse unsafe behaviours, and design interventions
Skills
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in industrial or organizational
psychology, preferably in a manufacturing, mining, or heavy engineering
environment.
Proven record of implementing behavioural change programs or leading
psychological safety initiatives.
Other details
Master's / PhD in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Applied
Psychology, or Behavioural Science.
Additional certification in Counselling, Behaviour-Based Safety, or
Emotional Intelligence preferred.
