Job Title:

Sales Engineer / Technical Sales (Lubricants)

Experience:

3+ years (Mechanical Maintenance / Technical Services / Sales Engineering)

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong relationships with plant officials & teams. Achieve sales targets for lubricants (synthetics, premiums & greases) and ensure timely collections. Create new accounts and expand opportunities in existing customer sites. Follow sales pipeline process with Sales Advisors/Distributors to update opportunities. Present product benefits, conduct trainings, and use digital tools to engage customers.

Requirements:



3+ years' experience in industrial (cement, power, steel, etc.) or automotive applications. Lubricants industry experience preferred (not mandatory). Fresh graduates with strong learning aptitude may also apply. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
