Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support
Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
Process sales orders, track deliveries, and follow up on shipments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and order status.
Customer Service
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information and support.
Handle complaints or issues, escalating to the appropriate department when needed.
Ensure timely responses to client requests to build strong relationships.
Technical & Product Support
Provide customers with technical product specifications, usage guidelines, and recommendations.
Collaborate with engineering or product teams to resolve technical queries.
Support in demonstrations, presentations, and trade shows when required.
Coordination & Administration
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Monitor stock levels and availability of industrial products.
Support account managers in tracking sales performance and preparing reports.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field + MBA would
be not mandatory but having added advantage.
1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales (preferably in industrial
products or manufacturing sector).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
Technical aptitude and ability to understand industrial products.
