Job Role - Industrial Product Design

Key Responsibilities:

Understand product requirements, user needs, and technical specifications. Create design concepts, sketches

Develop 3D models, renderings, and detailed design drawings.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Engineering, Tooling & Production.

Conduct ergonomics and usability evaluation for product improvements.

Select appropriate materials, finishes, and production methods. Support prototype development, testing and refinement of designs. Assist in documentation of design specifications and manufacturing drawings. Ensure designs align with cost, quality, and regulatory standards. Stay updated with new design trends, technologies, and manufacturing processes.

Required Skills -

Strong design visualization and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in design software such as - SolidWorks, Creo & Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / KeyShot for rendering

Understanding of materials (plastics, sheet metal, composites, etc.). Knowledge of manufacturing processes like injection molding, machining, forming, 3D printing. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines. Portfolio demonstrating product design projects (academic/industrial). Creative and user-centered design mindset.

Qualifications: -

B.Des in Industrial Design / Product Design , M.Tech in Product Design / Industrial Product Design (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
