Job Description

Surface Preparation:

Clean and prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by removing rust, dirt, grease, and other debris. Sand and smooth surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion. Apply primer coats as needed.

Painting:

Mix and match paints to ensure color accuracy and proper consistency. Apply paint to vehicles and equipment using spray guns or other painting tools. Ensure an even coat and consistent finish, avoiding runs and streaks. Apply clear coats or top coats to ensure long-lasting protection and finish.

Quality Control:

Inspect painted surfaces for quality and consistency. Touch up any areas that require additional work or corrections. Ensure compliance with quality standards set by the company.

Safety and Cleanliness:

Follow all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Keep the work area clean and organized. Ensure proper disposal of materials such as paint, solvents, and other hazardous waste.

Maintenance:

Maintain painting equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to management.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate effectively with customers to understand their color preferences and requirements. Provide updates on the progress of the painting job.

Other Duties:

Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
