Industrial Manager, Rail Coach Interiors Manufacturing



Working experience mainly on Rail Coaches interiors installation, assembly.

Technical Process Leadership to standardise and optimise process sheets, jigs, fixtures, and inspection protocols in alignment with IRIS, and standards.

Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholder

Technical knowledge about Rail Coach interior manufacturing process and manage multiple production lines and departments

Strong knowledge of Rail coach manufacturing tools, methods, and techniques

Familiarity with implementing and managing Quality, Safety, and Environmental systems

Ensures that all coaches manufactured meet the required quality standards.

End-to-End Production Ownership: Supervise machining, casting, assembly, testing, and dispatch operations across multiple product lines, and mitigate risks related to cost, safety, .

Allocate resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) effectively for optimal performance, and ensure delivery of high-quality products.

Experience : 12-20 years
