Job Title: Industrial Maintenance- Technical & Manager Lead

Location: Bangalore

Reports To: Maintenance Manager

Role Type: Full-time | People Manager | Shift support (on-call for emergencies)

Role Summary:

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for reliability, availability, and safety of plant equipment and utilities. This role combines hands-on technical troubleshooting (mechanical, electrical, and automation) with planning, team leadership, vendor management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Technical & Reliability

- Lead troubleshooting of critical breakdowns across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

- Manage Preventive (PM), Predictive (PdM) and condition-based maintenance.

- Conduct RCA using 5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA.

- Manage spares strategy and ensure tool readiness.

- Review engineering drawings and asset master data.

2) Planning & Systems

- Maintain maintenance plans in CMMS.

- Track MTTR, MTBF, Availability, OEE.

- Manage maintenance budget and AMCs.

3) People Leadership

- Lead technicians and electricians.

- Train team on LOTO and diagnostics.

- Drive TPM culture.

4) Safety, Quality & Compliance

- Enforce EHS standards.

- Ensure 5S and ISO compliance.

- Prepare for audits.

5) Projects & Upgrades

- Execute capex projects and equipment commissioning.

- Work on energy efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Instrumentation.

- 8-12 years experience in industrial maintenance.

- Hands-on PLC/VFD experience.

- CMMS proficiency.

- Strong RCA/FMEA/TPM skills.

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
