Manufacturing Industry Profile- Industrial Lawyer Qualification- LLB Salary- Upto 3.6 Lac CTC Location- Hyderabad Experience \xe2\x80\x93 Fresher Hires, manages and liases with external legal counsels all over India. Monitor closely work progress and deliverables of external legal counsel while making sure external legal spend is effectively managed; Able to anticipate and identify legal issues of concern and come up with strategies. Assist with negotiations pertaining to claims and disputes;
Excels in laws pertaining to land (reservations and acquisitions), Land Acquisition Act, Town Planning Acts, Consumer cases, Negotiable Instruments Act and Sound knowledge of Code of Civil Procedure, Indian penal code, Code of Criminal procedure, Indian Evidence Act among others;
Stays upto date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect the business;
Management of legal cases/legal notices relating to civil, commercial, and regulatory and other miscellaneous matters;
Drafts and vets legal notices, complaints, plaints, petitions and other pleadings required for filing before courts;
