About the Role
We are looking for an
Industry
experienced and engaging Java Trainer
to conduct a
15-day practical training workshop
for students.
The trainer must make sessions
interactive, hands-on, and easy to understand
.
Responsibilities
Conduct daily Java sessions as per shared syllabus
Teach using
real-time examples and practical assignments
Encourage student interaction, doubt-solving and discussions
Monitor student progress and guide them through exercises
Provide small tasks/homework and review them
Maintain discipline, structure and learning momentum
Give
1 demo lecture
before final confirmation
Required Skills & Knowledge
Trainer should be comfortable teaching:
Core Java (Basics to OOP)
Constructors, Methods, Arrays
Inheritance, Polymorphism, Encapsulation
Interfaces and Abstract Classes
Exception Handling
Collections Framework
File Handling
Basic JDBC (optional)
Mini project / hands-on practice tasks
