You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates.You'll contribute to the excellence of our manufacturing process by ensuring the highest welding standards from tender to warranty phases. Day-to-day, you'll collaborate with teams across the business (Tech. Bid, Product Eng., Industrial Quality, etc.), oversee the preparation of weld plans, and much more.You'll specifically take care of the performance and assessment of Welding Procedure Qualification, but also ensure the compatibility and handling of welding consumables & parent materials.We'll look to you for:Participation in technical reviews and weld sequence definitionsConducting supplier audits and ensuring equipment suitabilityAllocation of qualified welders and preparation of weld plansVisual inspection before, during, and after weldingSupporting the reduction of defects through root cause analysisEnsuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standardsAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
