We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to analyze, design, and optimize processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Develop and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other industrial engineering tools
Conduct time studies, capacity planning, and line balancing
Design standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Support productivity, quality, and cost-reduction initiatives
Use data analysis and statistical tools to track performance metrics
Assist in layout planning, material flow optimization, and resource utilization
Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams
Support automation and digitalization initiatives where applicable
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
2-4 years of relevant industry experience (manufacturing / operations / services)
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
Experience with time studies, process mapping, and data analysis
Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of tools like Minitab, AutoCAD, or Power BI is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification
Experience in ERP/MES systems
Exposure to automation, Industry 4.0, or digital manufacturing tools.
