Key Responsibilities

Analyze and improve production processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction

Design workflows, layouts, and resource allocation for optimal productivity

Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Conduct time, motion, and capacity studies to enhance operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process bottlenecks

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering

3-7 years of experience in manufacturing/production engineering

Strong knowledge of lean tools, Six Sigma, and process optimization

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP systems

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
