Industrial Engineering Manager - Garment Industry

Job Responsibilities:

-Set up & optimize sewing lines for peak efficiency
-Analyze factory & line productivity metrics
-Estimate line capacity, EMT, and conduct cost analysis
-Assess manpower requirements for line setups
-Collaborate with planning & production teams to ensure smooth cut-to-finish flow and timely shipments

What We're Looking For:

-10+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering
-Strong background in apparel/textile manufacturing
-Hands-on experience in sewing line setups and productivity improvements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
