Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2-3 + years experience in Rubber industry.
Conduct
time and motion studies
to determine standard times and identify areas for productivity improvement. Assist inline balancing
andmanpower planning
to ensure optimal resource utilization. Supportlayout design and material flow improvement
for production areas. Collect and analyzedaily production data
to monitor efficiency and identify bottlenecks. Participate inLean and Kaizen activities
to eliminate waste and improve processes. Prepare and maintainprocess documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reports
. Coordinate withproduction and maintenance teams
to implement process improvements. Ensuresafety and ergonomic standards
are followed in workstations and production lines.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
