Other important aspects of the position:
Support the cycle line layout planning process & virtual build events with future model operator allocations and time studies, and work with plants to support physical build events & program launches
Assist with operator allocations, cycle line layouts, plant rebalances, line speed changes, time studies, throughput issues, and launch support
Accurately maintain and deliver required IE documentation (Labor Glidepath, Program 1-Pager, Labor by Department, Plant Line speed, APT Assessment, etc.)
Education Qualification
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
No. of Years of Experience 3-8 years
Professional Exposure Experience in Industrial Engineering for an automotive OEM, or for an OE supplier to an automotive manufacturer.
Preferred previous experiences Working at an automotive manufacturer.
Drive & implement labor e?ciency through deployment of global IE process, tools, and standards
Collaborate and work closely with manufacturing engineering, material handling, ergonomics, and/or plant personnel
Scope of responsibility may include Assembly, Stamping, Powertrain & Battery plants across all Ford plants work with Global Team and Develop a Simplified Allocation process in Allocation Planning Tool
* Perform Analysis to reduce Complexity in New model vehicle using APT data
