Job Description
Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency. Conduct time studies, layout planning, and resource optimization. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop SOPs and support new product/process setups. Monitor KPIs and coordinate with cross-functional teams to solve operational issues.
Qualifications:
Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering. Knowledge basic statistical analysis. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
