Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct time and motion studies for warehouse operations such as packing, picking, loading, and unloading.

Analyze workflow and manpower utilization to improve warehouse efficiency.

Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packing, storage, material handling, and dispatch.

Plan layout and optimize space utilization for warehouse/storage.

Implement productivity improvement methods in warehouse processes.

Monitor daily productivity (picking rate, packing accuracy, loading turnaround time, etc.).

Support automation initiatives, barcode scanning, and material handling systems.

Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.

Prepare MIS and efficiency reports for management review.

Requirements:

1-5 years of Industrial Engineering experience in warehouse, logistics, or textile industry.

Strong knowledge of warehouse processes (picking, packing, loading, unloading).

Familiarity with lean manufacturing, productivity tools, and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
