We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Industrial Engineer

to join our

SMT (Surface Mount Technology)

operations team. The ideal candidate will have

0-1 year of experience

and a

Mechanical Engineering background

, with working knowledge of

CAD tools

and an eagerness to grow in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in analyzing and optimizing

production workflows and layouts

for SMT processes. Support time and motion studies to improve efficiency and reduce production costs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to capacity planning, line balancing, and production scheduling. Utilize

CAD tools

for layout design, workstation planning, and equipment placement. Monitor production data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Support documentation of process standards, work instructions, and SOPs. Ensure adherence to

safety, quality, and operational standards

on the shop floor.

Candidate Requirements:

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). 0-1 year of experience in the

SMT industry

or related manufacturing environment. Basic knowledge of

CAD software

(AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of industrial engineering concepts such as lean manufacturing and line balancing. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work in a dynamic and process-driven environment.
