overseeing and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety

Ability to use CAD

Ability to design processes and layouts

Experience of FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), Kaizen/A3 (continuous improvement and problem solving) process improvement and Poka Yoke (error proofing) techniques

Oversee installation of machinery and equipment

Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development

Ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations, such as those outlined in the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).

Working with other engineers, technicians, and management to ensure smooth production processes.

Overall Responsibility for Process Management & lead PED shop floor team

Support to production team to achieve schedule adherence

Troubleshooting of process related Break downs ( jig , Fixtures , etc)

Productivity & Cost Saving improvement implementation

CT Study & Capacity analysis

Process validation & documendation

Layout design & Execution

Change management & tryouts

Procurement of spares

Vendor Establishment & support

Customer & system Audit preparedness

Knowledge about Fabrication works ( pallets, trolleys , etc)

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
