Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

? Demonstrate technical adeptness in the area of manufacturing processes, and a willingness to learn the

existing manufacturing processes and equipment, and the associated operation and maintenance.

? Coordinate with project team to ensure a timely and efficient handover of new product and process launches to

series production.

? Develop, design and plan equipment and machine layouts, workflow and safety precautions to maximize

utilization of plant and manufacturing facilities.

? Effectively utilize tools such as DFMEA, PFMEA, Process Flow, GD&T, ACAD, POMS, Lean Manufacturing,

and Project Management to secure robust interactions between product design and manufacturing solutions.

? Develops metrics to measure plant and equipment capacity output and identify equipment and process flow

bottlenecks.

? Evaluates worker productivity and recommends improvements to increase manpower efficiency and operating

performance, reduce waste and delays, and promote cost control reductions.

? Willingness to learn and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;

reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and attending training on the various

manufacturing processes and procedures.

? Knowledge of

a. Delta PLC- WPL Soft.

b. Delta HMI- DOP Soft.

c. Siemens -TIA Portal

? Exposure in electrical connections and control panel.

? Deal with parts suppliers, involve in Purchasing wherever necessary

? Drive forward product development, innovation and 'think outside the box' to generate engineering advantage

for customers, thinking creatively to develop new/improved solutions.

? Identify and implement design improvements (functionality, cost, design for manufacture)

? Interfacing with internal and external clients to deliver updates. Embrace and champion continuous

improvement.
