Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer with good knowledge in CNC component manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with CNC machines, and proficiency in CAD/CAM software. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor's in mechanical engineering with 2-5 years of experience in component manufacturing on CNC machines

• Develop and optimise CNC machining processes for component manufacturing.

• Hands-on experience in NX-CAD / CAM software

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings for machining components

• Knowledge of programming, tooling & machining processes of CNC machines

• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional teams

• Collaborate with machine operators & shop supervisor to prove out components on CNC machines, conduct operation trials, and verify program accuracy

• Conduct time studies and derive standard time for production processes.

• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to improve productivity and reduce waste.
