Key Responsibilities:

Plan and arrange

assembly line facilities

for new and existing products. Drive

process improvements

and implement best practices in manufacturing and assembly. Lead and support

new product development

from concept to implementation. Work in close coordination with the

R&D team

to develop and refine product designs. Execute and monitor

new product trials

, providing timely feedback and adjustments. Analyse and manage

functional requirements

, ensuring alignment with design specifications and customer expectations. Provide technical support to the production and quality teams as needed. Develop

jigs and fixtures

to improve assembly processes.

Reengineer existing products

for

cost-saving

opportunities. Special Process Machine Handling Work with the MM team to ensure timely procurement and availability of materials.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Diploma (DME) or Bachelor's degree (BE) in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in product development or manufacturing engineering. Good understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CAD tools such as

AutoCAD

, SolidWorks or equivalent. Effective communication and team coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
