Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Time Study, Method study, Improvement tracking on QCC, SGA & CFT.

? Lead new product development - sample approvals, process flows, fixture planning & feasibility studies.

? Drive Industrial Engineering initiatives - Lean practices, JIT operations, optimized layouts, IoT implementation, and cycle-time reduction.

? Manage SAP activities - BOM, routing, MM updates, cost-saving project validations.

? Conduct costing & analysis - release costing sheets, optimize transfer prices, yield analysis, and plan vs actual utilization.

? Prepare and deliver monthly MIS reports to management.

? Support cross-functional projects (CFT, QCC, Kaizen, SGA) for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

? Strong background in NPD, Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and SAP

? Proven ability to improve plant capacity, efficiency, and cost optimization

? Hands-on with BOM/ROUTING, capacity planning, and costing processes

? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
