Key Responsibilities:

Set up and balance

sewing lines

for optimal productivity. Analyze

factory and line productivity

Factory Operations

and Planning teams for seamless cut-to-finish processes. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

BE Graduate in Textile, Production, or Industrial Engineering

5+ years of industrial engineering

experience, preferably in apparel/textile manufacturing. Strong skills in sewing line setting, productivity analysis, and manpower planning. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of

ERP systems

is a plus. Excellent coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
