2. Review of the planning chart and challenge allocation of styles as per factory requirement and delivery dates. Co-ordinate with planning department to plan similar styles for lines.
3. Reduce change over time.
4. Train juniors on time study and method study.
5. Review MIS report.
6. Review TCR reports.
7. Ensure all lines work towards achieving incentives.
8. Achieving targeted efficiency.
9. Effective utilization of Manpower.
10. Initiate working on low-cost automation and semi automation inhouse.
11. Update skill matrix every three months.
12. Grading for new operators.
13. Achieve targeted efficiency.
14. Raise requests for machinery, folders and attachments one month before from CMD.
15. Efficiency incentive drive.
16. Install kaizens on every line and train juniors. Review kaizen implementation and update CIE
17. Share time study of all styles to CIE team and other factories.
18. Initiating training for workers and staff. Other skills : Line Balancing, Industrial Engineering, Time Study, SAM, Work Study
Preferred skills : Garment Experience: 7 to 12 years
