Job Title: Industrial Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Industrial Engineer

to oversee and manage all aspects of production scheduling, inventory control, and workflow coordination. The IE will be responsible for ensuring that production processes run efficiently and meet quality standards while optimizing resource utilization, reducing waste, and maintaining delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and maintain a detailed production schedule in alignment with sales forecasts and customer demands.

? Coordinate with procurement, inventory, production, and quality teams to ensure availability of materials and smooth workflow.

? Monitor daily production operations and address any scheduling or supply chain issues.

? Establish and enforce effective planning processes to optimize capacity utilization and reduce bottlenecks.

? Track and analyze production KPIs (output, efficiency, downtime, etc.) and generate regular reports for senior management.

? Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the production cycle.

? Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production planning accuracy and operational efficiency.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage changeovers, product launches, and process improvements.

? Manage and mentor PPC team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

? Master's or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology.

? Strong knowledge of production planning software (such as ERP systems, MS Project, etc.).

? Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

? Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
