Study and analyze current production processes to identify areas for improvement.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each production operation.
Conduct time and motion studies to determine standard time for operations.
Plan and implement efficient plant layouts, workflow, and manpower utilization.
Monitor production efficiency, line balancing, and capacity utilization.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to solve bottlenecks.
Evaluate new machinery, tools, and technology for process improvement.
Calculate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, productivity, and cost per unit.
Design and implement methods to reduce fabric waste and optimize resource usage.
Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports.
Train supervisors and operators on best industrial practices and production methods.
