Job Description

a. You will have to switch on and switch off the light in the company as and when required, especially in the night as well as in the morning.

b. Electrical panel board in all the sections of the company will have to be examined periodically and ensure that it is working perfectly. All the electrical panel board will have to be maintained neatly.

c. You will have to ensure that all the fans & lights in the company are working properly.

d. You will have to ensure that all the motors of the company are functioning properly and that it is not overloaded or over heated.

e. You will have to examine the PF factor and ensure that it is maintained correctly.

f. It is your duty to ensure that all the documents and papers related to electrical and plumbing section of the company are maintained properly and up to date.

g. Proper and timely maintenance works have to be carried out to ensure that generator of the company is functioning smoothly.

h. You will have to on the generator immediately at the time of power failure.

i. All the required plumbing work in the company will have to be carried out by you properly.

j. If there is any water leaking it has to be rectified immediately.

k. It will be your duty to maintain generator room, electrical room and its premises neatly.

l. Operate all water pumps and chiller unit.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
