Skills: Auto CAD, Solid Works
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create
2D hand sketches
for sheet metal jobs, including shearing and bending.
Prepare
2D floor plans
in AutoCAD and
3D parts/assembly drawings
in SolidWorks for customer presentations and approvals.
Generate
BOM
,
BOQ
, and project cost estimates in Microsoft Excel.
Manage
raw material ordering
and follow-ups.
Issue job cards to in-house production or job-work vendors with project drawings and specific instructions.
Closely follow up with vendors and production teams to minimize loss and ensure smooth production flow.
